RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lumii, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and include all original components, accessories, manuals, hardware, and packaging supplied with your order.

Items must not show excessive wear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or damage caused after delivery.

You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

• Full name

• Order number

• Product being returned

• Reason for the return

• Photos or videos of the product, if requested

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Do not ship your Lumii reformer or any other product to our corporate or business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Products returned without first receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

REFORMER RETURNS

Because Lumii reformers are large, premium fitness products that require specialized handling and transportation, reformer returns must be approved before shipment.

Once your return request is approved, Lumii will provide instructions regarding packaging, pickup, freight transportation, or other return arrangements applicable to your order.

Customers are responsible for following all return instructions provided by Lumii. Failure to properly package or prepare a reformer for return may result in damage during transit and may affect eligibility for a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All original components and accessories included with the reformer should be returned with the product unless otherwise instructed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

• Your product arrives damaged;

• Your product appears defective;

• Parts or accessories are missing; or

• You receive the incorrect product.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will review the information provided and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

If your order appears to have sustained significant shipping damage, please retain all packaging materials until we provide further instructions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards;

• Personalized or custom-made products;

• Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions;

• Products missing substantial components, accessories, or parts originally included with the purchase; and

• Items specifically identified as final sale at the time of purchase.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or misrepresented products are not affected by this section.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, products purchased using a promotional code or during a promotional event remain subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for voluntary return, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different product, variation, or color is to request a return for the original item. Once the return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

Product availability is not guaranteed while a return is being processed.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

If merchandise is shipped to a consumer within the European Union and applicable law grants you a statutory cancellation right, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and requirements.

This statutory right exists independently of Lumii's standard 30-day return policy.

Returned merchandise must comply with applicable legal requirements. Consumers may generally inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, but may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the eligible refund amount will be returned automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please remember that your bank, credit card issuer, financing provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original payment processing times are outside Lumii's control.

REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD

Refunds will generally be issued only to the payment method originally used to complete the purchase.

We generally cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, bank account, individual, or payment method.

If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us so we can review the available options in accordance with the requirements of the applicable payment provider.

CANCELED ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at lumiipilates@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been confirmed or entered into fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process after receiving it.
